2. Data collection and processing
a) Visiting the website
When visiting our website, certain information (e.g. IP address, date, time, browser type, operating system) is automatically transmitted to our hosting provider Framer B.V. and temporarily stored in server log files.
This is necessary to ensure stable operation and security of the website (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
b) Contact and booking forms (Tally / Heyflow)
When submitting a contact or booking request, the information you provide (name, email address, Instagram handle, message, etc.) is processed to answer your request.
The data is processed based on Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication).
We use Tally HQ BV or Heyflow GmbH as service providers. The entered data is also forwarded by email to the studio and, where applicable, the tattoo artist handling your inquiry.
c) Automated emails
After sending a booking request or inquiry, you may receive automated confirmation or follow-up emails. These emails are part of our service communication and processed under Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.
d) Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly.
Non-essential cookies (e.g. for analytics or marketing) are only set after you have consented via the cookie banner (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Ltd., to analyze website traffic. Data such as IP address, session duration, and device information are transmitted to Google servers. IP addresses are anonymized (“IP masking”).
Meta Pixel
We also use Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) to measure and optimize the performance of our ads. If you consent, Meta can link your visit to your user account and use this data for personalized advertising.
You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings link in the website footer.
e) Social media links and integrations
Our website may include links or embedded content from Instagram. When interacting with these, data (e.g. IP address, browser data) may be transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.
We have no control over the further processing of this data by the platform providers.

We only share personal data when necessary to process your request (e.g. forwarding booking requests to the responsible artist) or when legally required.
